Zvikomborero Matiza

Director | Mechanical and Production Engineer

Zviko has 32 years of experience in building services engineering, with expertise in HVAC, fire engineering, public health services, renewable energy projects and sound masking solutions. He leads MICE's Authorized Soft dB Sound Masking Dealer services in Zimbabwe, supporting acoustic privacy for offices, banks, hospitals and call centers.

He is responsible for project initiation, design briefs, documentation, tender adjudication, installation supervision and commissioning.

Qualifications: B-Tech Mechanical and Production Engineering Degree, University of Zimbabwe, 1990.

Professional associations: Member of the South African Institute of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Member and Fellow of the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers, Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe, and ZACE member.

Professional background: Former Associate Director at Arup Zimbabwe; former Project Engineer/Director at Mat Consult; former Mechanical Services Design and Project Engineer at Lamont Consulting Engineers.

Building Services Electrical Engineer

Sitivini offers 30 years of experience in building services electrical engineering, including lighting, fire detection, access control, CCTV, telecommunication, data reticulation, lifts, escalators, standby power and lightning protection systems.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering, University of Zimbabwe, 1990; Master of Engineering Science, Monash University, Australia, 1997.

Professional memberships: Member of the Botswana Institution of Engineers, Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, and Associate Member of the Engineering Professions Association of Namibia.
